A lamination and curing blueprint for bonding steel alloy backing plates to a woven nano-fiber ablative layer under vacuum press, producing the layered composite armor used in every serious defensive module above tier 1. The curing cycle cannot be rushed without introducing delamination faults that fail catastrophically under fire.
